Winner of the international Jazz Award at Sant' Anna Arresi, Italy 1999. Giorgio has studied classical guitar in Italy and Jazz with John Scofield as well as latin Jazz, Arranging Composition and Music Teaching at Goldsmiths College, London. Giorgio has recorded and performed with Harvie S (Swartz), Andy Sheppard, Vic Juris, Sylvain Luc, Antonio Forcione, Denys Baptiste, Eric Roche, Shola Ama, Nawal Zoughby, Julian Lloyd Webber and arranged for the CBS Orchestra, amongst others.

He has supported Dame Shirley Bassey at The R.F.H. and Dr John. Giorgio has toured in the main Jazz Festivals and International Guitar Festivals world-wide. His recordings include "Lo Scenarios", "Loch Ness" "4 at the Store, BBC Radio", with Boothby Graffoe and Ross Noble and his latest "New York Sessions", with Harvie S. (Naim Label).

Giorgio has been a lecturer at ACM since 2001. He is also a columnist for Acoustic Magazine, and endorses Mark Acoustic Amplifiers and Yamaha guitars.
