Payment Methods Accepted
Payments are processed using Nochex, a UK based online payment company allowing you to send secure payments over the internet. You do not need a Nochex account to buy a ticket. All major credit/debit cards are accepted. Purchases are subject to a booking fee of 5.1% of the total transaction (appears as "Tax"). When purchasing your tickets online, you will receive an 'Order Confirmation' email and a separate 'Payment Confirmation' email from Nochex. If you have not received the payment confirmation email from Nochex, your card has not been charged. We recommend you call our office on 020 8922 0958 if you experience any difficulties with booking online.
It is also possible to purchase tickets via Paypal. Please contact our office on 020 8922 0958 and let us know how many tickets you would like to purchase.

Concession Tickets
Concession tickets are no longer available to purchase online. You can, however, reserve concession tickets for an event and pay for them when you arrive at the venue. If you would like to reserve a concession ticket please contact our office on 020 8922 0958. Your details will be taken and you will also be asked to provide proof of your concession status when picking up your tickets (e.g. NUS card, MU card etc.).
Reserving a Table/Reserved Tickets
Ticket sold are FREE SEATING. In order to reserve a table follow these easy steps:
- Purchase your ticket(s) online
- View the Layout at The George IV to select your ideal table
- Call our office on 020 8922 0958 to reserve your table.
What is FREE SEATING?
Free seating means that seating is unreserved. This means that getting a seat at an event is on a first come, first served basis - early arrival is advised with unreserved tickets.
Why do we charge a Booking Fee?
The booking fee we charge is to cover the cost of Nochex Ltd processing our card payments. This fee is set to the minimal amount.
Delivery
In order to save paper and keep your booking costs low, we do not post tickets to your address. Instead, we shall have the tickets you purchased waiting for you to collect at the event. This means you won't have to worry about losing your tickets and we can help the environment by using less paper! Just remember to bring something with your name on to identify you.
Refunds
Refunds on FREE SEATING tickets can be made at anytime prior to the start of the event. A cheque will be posted out to you minus the booking fee.
Refunds on RESERVED tickets can only be made up to 24 hours before the event date. A cheque will be posted out to you minus the booking fee. We cannot refund a reserved ticket on the date of the event.
