Born in 1977 in Milan, Brigitte lived in the South of France before moving to London in 1996. In 2001 she obtained a music degree at Goldsmiths College in London where she now gives Jazz Improvisation Workshops.
In 2002 Brigitte completed the Jazz Postgraduate Course at the prestigious Guildhall School of Music and within a few short years she attracted the attention of Kenny Wheeler and Rufus Reid.
In 2004 - she toured France with the Glenn Miller Memorial Orchestra, Jazzmandu & Manchester Jazz Festivals. In London she has performed at: The Vortex; Spice of Life; Peter de Wit’s Café; Pizza Express; Ray’s Jazz; Pizza on the Park; National Theatre as well as Funky Jazz Club, Reading; Cliffs Pavilion; Southend; Jagz Jazz Club, Ascot and hosted a popular Jazz Club & jam session night weekly for 9 months in London.
